Marc
Montminy is
pleased to be working on the CMCP stage again this season having
played Archibald Craven in last season’s production of
The Secret Garden.
Since then, Marc has been driving around Orange County playing the
Barber in Man of La Mancha at the Musical Theater Village and
Rapunzel’s Prince in Into the Woods at the Camino Real
Playhouse. Favorite roles include Tom in Schoolhouse Rock Live!,
Francis in Forever Plaid, Billy Bigelow in Carousel,
and Anthony in Sweeney Todd. While living in Chicago, Marc
performed a large chunk of the Operetta and musical theater
repertoire with The Savoyaires, Light Opera Works and Pegasus
Players and was also privileged to appear in the
critically-acclaimed production of Everyman directed by Frank
Galati at Chicago’s famed Steppenwolf Theater. Currently serving as
Treasurer on the CMCP Board, Marc is really getting into his
character and is considering charging “beaucoup bucks” for use of
the facilities here at the Playhouse. And of course, he loves Jazz.
